Shipping policy

Items are shipped in poly mailers envelopes. Tracking information will be sent after your order is shipped.

Twisted n' Tangled is not responsible for orders lost or delayed in the mail. Once an item has been mailed and scanned, it's out of our hands and we're unable to replace your order and/or contact the post office on your behalf. 

Insurance is available upon request.
