Everything in the shop is handmade by April — mom, maker, and yarn-obsessed creative behind Twisted n’ Tangled. Each item is made in small batches, right here in the U.S.
📦 Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the U.S. only. We hope to expand in the future — follow along on Instagram for updates!
⏳ What’s your processing time?
Most orders ship within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted. Custom orders may take a bit longer (up to 2 weeks), depending on complexity and materials.
💌 Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We love creating personalized pieces. Please visit our Custom Orders page or send us a message with your idea and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

❌ Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right!
